Human Behaviour
Why we act the way we do. Habits, decisions, relationships, and the patterns that quietly run underneath them.
Psychologist & Research Scholar
Consultations in behavioural and emotional psychology, mental resilience and sports psychology, for people who want to understand themselves better and move towards their goals with clarity, confidence and purpose.
About Sayesha
I am a psychologist and research scholar. My work sits where human behaviour, emotion and performance meet: why we think, feel and act the way we do, and how that can change.
By recognising behavioural patterns, exploring emotions, strengthening mental resilience and developing self-awareness, we can create meaningful changes in the way we think, feel and act.
My aim is to help you understand yourself better, discover your strengths, overcome personal barriers, and move towards your goals with greater clarity, confidence and purpose.

Areas of work
Why we act the way we do. Habits, decisions, relationships, and the patterns that quietly run underneath them.
Making sense of feelings and reactions, and building steadier responses.
Staying grounded under pressure, and recovering well after setbacks.
Focus, confidence, pre-competition nerves and the mindset behind consistent performance, for athletes and teams.
A considered space for the experiences, transitions and pressures specific to women's lives.
Noticing your patterns, values and triggers honestly, without judgement.
Turning insight into change you can sustain: clearer goals, stronger habits, and a kinder relationship with your own progress.
The approach
Sessions follow a simple arc. Each stage builds on the one before, at a pace that suits you.
We look at what keeps happening: the reactions, habits and situations that repeat, and what sets them off.
We name what you feel and trace where it comes from, so emotions become information instead of noise.
We build practical tools for pressure, setbacks and uncertainty, on the field, at work and at home.
Insight becomes direction. You leave with a clearer sense of your strengths and the next steps that matter to you.
The outcome: meaningful change in the way you think, feel and act.
A one-minute pause
Box breathing is a simple regulation technique used by athletes before competition and by anyone who needs to settle a racing mind. Four counts in, hold for four, four out, hold for four. Follow the light.
